Terms and Conditions 

Eagle Teams Sales Department Training Program 

Introduction 

These rules explain how you can join and take part in the Eagle Teams Sales Department Training Program. By signing up for or coming to this Training Program, you agree to follow these rules made by Eagle Teams. 

Eligibility 

Participation in the Training Program is open to new and existing Eagle Teams life insurance independent agents who have been nominated or approved by their department manager. External participants or third parties are not permitted unless granted written approval by Eagle Teams for management. 

Attendance and Participation 

• Participants are required to attend all scheduled training sessions unless otherwise excused by a supervisor. 

• Active participation and engagement in group discussions, activities, and assignments are expected. 

• Tardiness or unexcused absences may result in removal from the Training Program or affect completion status. 

Confidentiality 

• All materials, strategies, and internal processes shared during the Training Program are confidential and proprietary to Eagle Teams. 

• Participants must not disclose, distribute, or reproduce training materials or information outside of Eagle Teams without prior written consent. 

Code of Conduct 

• Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. 

• Disruptive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Training Program. 

Intellectual Property 

• All training content, including but not limited to presentations, manuals, and exercises, remains the intellectual property of Eagle Teams. 

• Participants may use training materials solely for internal purposes and may not reproduce or distribute them externally. 

Assessment and Certification 

• Participants may be required to complete assessments, quizzes, or practical exercises as part of the Training Program. 

• Successful completion of all required components may result in certification, subject to Eagle Teams’ evaluation standards. 

Limitation of Liability 

Eagle Teams is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Training Program. Participation is at the employee’s own risk. 

Modification of Terms 

Eagle Teams reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of changes via email or official communication channels. 

Acceptance 

By participating in the Eagle Teams Sales Department Training Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
