Price 

You can use the Eagle Team website for free. If you buy extra services on the website, you pay for them when you get them through the platform. 

Life insurance prices or quotes are out of our control, in fact they are exactly under your control. Especially if you consider the “age” factor. By law, we cannot tell what to buy now. However, inform yourself how this “age” factor works in your favor or against you. 

Participating Attorney Scope of Work 

A life insurance agent will be assigned to you for every insurance plan made using the Eagle team website. This agent checks and approves the documents needed in your state and the questions the website asks you. 

The agent’s help only covers the documents made by the Eagle team platform. Once you get your life insurance plan documents, your connection with the agent ends, and you will work directly with the insurance company. The agent does not have to help you with your plan after that. The advice and documents the agent gives are only based on the answers you give when using the Eagle team website. 

Eagle team can change your assigned agent at any time, without asking you or telling you first. Of course, you can ask to get back to your previously assigned agent. 

Compensation 

The agent who helps you is not paid for the documents he fills out for you. Instead, the life insurance company pays the agent based on their agreement with the agent. 

Ownership and Keeping Your Documents Safe 

Your documents belong to you. Eagle team does not own or claim any rights to the documents you make. 

Sharing Your Information 

You allow Eagle team to use your information to make your life insurance plan and offer services. Eagle team may share your information if the law says so, to answer others’ claims, or to protect people. You let Eagle team send your information across networks and devices. Eagle team is not responsible for things that others keep or upload using these services. 

Privacy and Sharing Your Information

Access and Passwords 

You handle keeping your username and password secret. Eagle team is not responsible if you share them with someone else. You must take care of everything done with your username and password.

Arbitration 

If you have a complaint, problem, or claim about using Eagle Team, you agree to talk it over directly with them first. If that does not work, you agree to try mediation for four hours in Los Angeles, California, USA. 

If mediation does not solve the problem, the issue will go to binding arbitration using the rules of the American Association of Arbitration. The decision from the arbitrator can be used in any court that has the power to do so. Each side pays their own part of the arbitration costs. If someone refuses to join arbitration, fights the decision, or does not follow it, they may have to pay the other person's costs, including reasonable attorney fees. 

Arbitration can only be done one-on-one. Group or class actions are not allowed. 

Waiver 

By using Eagle Team site and is services, you agree not to make any claims or ask for any money from Eagle Team or its agents, employees, or owners for anything related to the services the agent provides. This means you give up your right to complain or take legal action against them for these services, including paying any legal costs or fees that may come up.

If you are not happy with your life insurance plan, you can email Eagle Team 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) after the policy has been delivered (about 4 and a half weeks) from the insurance company. You have 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) to look over your policy and can cancel it during this time if you want.
