Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, cancellations, and rescheduling work for purchases made through santosbarahona.com (the “Website”) and any related services, programs, coaching, digital products, and events (collectively, the “Services/Products”). By purchasing from us, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1) General Policy Overview 

Because we offer digital products and time‑based services, refunds depend on what you purchased and whether the product was delivered or the service time was reserved. 

We aim to be fair and transparent while also protecting the time and resources required to deliver our programs. 

 

2) Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, PDFs, Toolkits) 

All sales of digital downloads are final once the product is delivered or access is provided. 

No refunds are issued for: 

  • change of mind 

  • not using the product 

  • incompatibility with your device/software 

  • failure to read the product description 

Exceptions: We may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion if: 

  • you were charged twice for the same order, or 

  • the file is corrupted/defective and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time. 

Request window: Contact us within [7] days of purchase with your order details. 

 

3) Online Courses / Memberships

A) Self‑Paced Courses 

Unless otherwise stated on the sales page: 

  • No refunds once course access is granted and content is available (including immediate access after purchase). 

B) Subscriptions / Memberships 

If you offer a subscription (monthly/annual): 

  • You can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us. 

  • Your cancellation stops future billing. 

  • We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time unless required by law or explicitly stated on the sales page. 

 

4) Coaching (1:1), Consulting, or Done‑For‑You Services 

Because we reserve time and capacity for coaching/consulting: 

  • Deposits / retainers are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. 

  • If you prepay for a package, unused sessions may be refundable only if:  

  • requested within [7] days of purchase, and 

  • no more than [1] session has occurred, and 

  • we have not already delivered significant preparation or custom work. 

 

5) Programs, Workshops, and Group Coaching 

Refund eligibility for group programs depends on when you request cancellation and whether the program has started. 

Unless stated otherwise on the sales page: 

Before the Program Starts 

  • Refund requests made [7–14] days before the start date: full refund minus any processing fees (if applicable). 

  • Refund requests made less than [7] days before the start date: partial refund or credit, at our discretion. 

After the Program Starts 

  • No refunds once the program begins, because you receive immediate access to materials, recordings, and group resources. 

 

6) Live Events, Webinars, and Tickets

Unless stated otherwise on the event page: 

  • Tickets are non‑refundable. 

  • We may not allow a transfer to another person or a credit toward a future event .

If an event is postponed or canceled by us, you will receive either: 

  • a full refund, or 

  • the option to use your ticket for the rescheduled date, or 

  • a credit of equal value. 

 

7) Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No‑Shows

Rescheduling 

You may reschedule a scheduled 1:1 call/session if you notify us at least [24/48] hours before the appointment. 

Late Cancellations 

Cancellations within [24/48] hours may be treated as a used session and may not be refundable. 

No‑Shows 

If you miss a session without notice, it is considered a no‑show and may be forfeited with no refund. 

 

8) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes 

If you have an issue, please contact us first at btu1500now@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it. 

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in: 

  • immediate suspension or termination of access to purchased content/services, 

  • documentation being provided to the payment processor to contest the dispute. 

9) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or resolution, email btu1500now@gmail.com with: 

  • Full name 

  • Email used at checkout 

  • Order number / receipt 

  • Purchase date 

  • Product/service purchased 

  • Reason for request (brief) 

Response time: We typically respond within [2–5 business days]. 

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider and may take [5–10 business days]. 

 

10) Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations 

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine there is: 

  • suspected fraud, 

  • misuse of the refund policy, 

  • repeated refund requests, 

  • evidence of content misuse (e.g., sharing or reselling digital materials). 

 

11) Policy Changes 

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Website. The “Last Updated” date will reflect revisions.
